No. Electrical inspections must be done by a qualified electrician and are excluded from an Australian Standards AS4349.1 pre-purchase building inspection.
No. Swimming pool inspections are excluded from an Australian Stabdard AS4349.1 ipe-purchase building inspection. A pool inspection should be done by an experienced swimming pool inspector which will include the pool fence.
